We have an established history of providing professional services to clients whether it entails a one off valuation, a scheduled programme of various services dealing with individual client's portfolios or general strategic property advice.

We act as panel valuers for most of the mainstream lenders, in addition to providing valuations for a variety of other purposes including corporate accounts, probate, insurance and rating.

We also offer expert witness sevices for planning appeals, Lands Tribunal and Court cases.
