We opened for business in 1985 with the intention of becoming part of the local property establishment. No other new commercial property practice had opened in the area since 1958.

As a member firm of PAI, we also are part of a national network of independent like minded firms capable of offering coordinated services and advice throughout the UK.

With the benefit of well over 20 years hindsight, we feel we have at least achieved our initial ambitions, and in addition to establishing ourselves in Southern England we have assisted clients on regional and nationwide issues.

It would seem our clients feel the same because they keep coming back, and new ones keep being added. Our client list represents the whole spectrum from private individuals to Institutions and Government Departments.
